This summary is for convenience. The full agreement below is what applies.
1. Definitions
- Font Software: the font files you receive from Dikas Studio, in any format, including updates.
- License Holder: the person or company named on the license certificate.
- Purchaser: the person who pays for the license. Usually the same as the License Holder; different when buying for a client.
- Employees: the full-time and part-time staff employed by the License Holder’s company. Freelancers and contractors are not counted.
2. Grant of license
Dikas Studio grants the License Holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Font Software as described in this agreement, within the limits of the license tier purchased.
3. License tiers
The license tier sets the maximum number of Employees at the License Holder’s company who may use the Font Software:

The Individual license is for one person working on their own, such as a freelancer or creator. It does not cover a company with employees.
4. Permitted use
Within the tier limit, the License Holder may install the Font Software on any number of their own computers and use it for any personal or commercial purpose, including:
- logos, trademarks and brand identities
- print, advertising, packaging and signage
- merchandise and physical products, in any quantity
- film, video, broadcast and social media
- websites, using web font embedding
- apps, games and e-books, with the font embedded in a protected form
- products where customers type their own text in the font, such as online customizers, as long as the font files stay protected
5. Buying for a client
A Purchaser may buy a license on behalf of a client. The client is then the License Holder and the tier must match the client’s number of Employees. The Purchaser may install the Font Software only to create work for that client, and must give the font files and certificate to the client when the project is finished.
6. Company growth
If the License Holder’s company grows beyond the tier purchased, it must upgrade to the matching tier within 30 days.
To upgrade, the License Holder pays only the difference between their current tier and the new tier, at current prices, from My Account. A new license certificate is issued and replaces the old one. Work created while the original license was valid stays covered and never needs an upgrade.
7. Restrictions
The License Holder may not:
- share, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Font Software, on its own or bundled with templates or other products
- let people outside their company use the Font Software, except freelancers and contractors working on the License Holder’s own projects
- modify, convert or reverse-engineer the font files, or use them to create a new font, without a custom license
- embed the font in a way that lets others extract the font files
8. Free versions
Free (personal use) versions may only be used for personal, non-commercial projects. They are not covered by a license certificate. Any business, client or monetized use requires a paid license.
9. Ownership
Dikas Studio keeps all rights, title and copyright in the Font Software. This agreement grants a license to use it, not ownership.
10. Termination
This license ends automatically if its terms are broken. The License Holder must then stop using the Font Software and delete all copies.
11. Warranty and liability
The Font Software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Dikas Studio is not liable for any damages arising from its use, and its total liability is limited to the price paid for the license.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
