1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use dikasstudio.com or buy from Dikas Studio, Greenland Kemang Blok D2 No.36, Bogor, Indonesia. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account. An account is created automatically when you buy or download a free font.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and depend on the license tier you choose. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due in full at checkout.

4. Licenses

When you buy a font you get a license to use it, not ownership of the font. Licenses are priced by the number of employees at the license holder’s company and are governed by our License Agreement (EULA). If you buy for a client, the client is the license holder.

5. Free fonts

Free fonts are for personal, non-commercial use only. No license certificate is issued for them. Any commercial use requires a paid license.

6. Delivery

Fonts are delivered digitally. After payment, download links, your invoice and license certificates are emailed to you and kept in My Account.

7. Refunds

Fonts are digital products that can’t be returned once delivered, so purchases are generally non-refundable. We will gladly refund you in full in these cases:

• Duplicate purchase: you bought the same font and license twice by mistake.
• Files that don’t work: the font files are faulty and we can’t fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it.
• Never downloaded: you ask within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the font files yet.

Wrong license tier? If you picked a tier that is too small, upgrade from My Account and pay only the difference. If you picked a tier that is too large, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the difference.

How to ask: email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the reason. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

When a purchase is refunded, its license and certificate are cancelled and you must delete the font files from your devices. Free fonts have no payment and so no refund.

8. Intellectual property

All fonts, artwork and content on this site belong to Dikas Studio. Font files may not be shared, resold, redistributed or modified except as the EULA allows.

9. Liability

Fonts are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
